Beyond chemicals, the company produces rubber gloves, parquet flooring, pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical intermediates, and fine chemicals, alongside providing bulk liquid storage and distribution. Beyond these core activities, KLKBY's operations encompass farming and management services, agronomic research, and the running of biogas power plants. Its property development segment focuses on both residential and commercial projects. The company also manages various properties, operates holiday accommodations, manufactures jams and preserves, and offers offshore captive insurance and logistics services specifically tailored for palm products. Established in 1906 and headquartered in Ipoh, Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad maintains a significant global footprint, conducting business across Malaysia, the Far East, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Southern Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Africa.
