The company's business activities are structured across two main divisions: the Investment Portfolio and Residential Origination. The Investment Portfolio segment is responsible for managing its extensive investments and also provides advisory services to external parties. Concurrently, the Residential Origination segment is dedicated to its independent operations in generating new residential mortgages. CIMP commenced operations on June 1, 2007, and its corporate headquarters are located in New York, NY.
