The company also maintains an Overseas Business segment, extending services such as securities and futures brokerage, research, investment banking, margin financing, money lending, asset management, and insurance brokerage to international markets. The company serves a diverse client base, including large multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors. As of December 31, 2021, it operated a substantial network comprising 37 branch offices and 501 securities branches. Founded in 2007, China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Beijing, PRC, and functions as a subsidiary of China Galaxy Financial Holdings Company Limited.
