Furthermore, this segment assists clients with working capital management, engages in debt and equity underwriting and distribution, and provides advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Bank of America's Global Markets segment facilitates financial transactions through market-making activities, provides financing, and offers crucial securities clearing, settlement, and custody services.
